Q.  What is the coupon offer for Story Land?

A.  One admission free with purchase of one admission. Valid during the 2023 season.
Valid only with full price gate admission. Not valid at Living Shores Aquarium. Coupon must be attached in Fun Pass book when presented.

Q.  Can I use a coupon more than once or for more than one child?

A.  No. There is one coupon to each attraction in the book. Each coupon will be removed at the attraction and can only be used once. You will need one coupon book for each child qualifying for the discounts. In most cases, there must be one paying adult (adult admission) for each discounted child admission. However, discounts do vary. Please click here for details of individual coupon offers.

Q.  How do I use The Fun Pass coupons? Can I remove them from the book?

A.  No. In order to receive the discounts, it is important that you do not remove individual coupons before use. Coupons must be presented at the attraction still attached to the book. When using The Fun Pass, take the entire book with you on each outing. Each coupon will be removed at the attraction and can only be used once.

Q.  Are there any restrictions on the coupons?

A.  Yes. The Fun Pass discounts vary by attraction.  Please click here for details of individual coupon offers.

Q.  Will my name be on the book? I want to give the Fun Pass as a gift.

A.  No. The books are not personalized and can be used by any holder. They make a great gift!

Q.  Can I purchase a Fun Pass gift certificate instead of a book?

A.  Yes. Please call our office during business hours to order a gift certificate.


Q.  Can the coupons be emailed or faxed to me or can I download and print individual coupons instead of having the book mailed to me?

 A.  No. We cannot send coupons electronically. The Fun Pass coupons must be presented at each attraction with the coupon still attached inside the book.


Q.  When do The Fun Pass coupons expire?

A.  The Fun Pass is good for a calendar year (Jan 1-Dec 31). The coupon book expires after December 31. Some attractions have specific expiration dates. Please click here for details of individual coupon offers.


Q.  How long does it take to get The Fun Pass? Can I pay extra to receive it sooner?

A.  Yes. Orders are processed within one to two business days of receiving the order. The books are mailed first class from Manchester NH and delivery times can vary. Allow up to 5 days for first class delivery within the US. If you need The Fun Pass by a specific date, we strongly recommend upgrading to Priority Mail

To upgrade to Priority Mail, (one to three business days for delivery within the US) select Priority Mail during the online ordering process.  

For guaranteed overnight Express delivery within the US, additional postal fees apply. Please call our office at (603) 669-2411 during office hours or email info@breathenh.org for more details. 

Please note: We have no control over the Postal Service and therefore cannot guarantee delivery times, particularly around holidays. 


Q.  What if I do not receive The Fun Pass in time for my vacation?

A.  Please review the mail delivery guidelines above. We do not process refunds.


Q.  Can you mail The Fun Pass outside the United States?

A.  Yes. Please select International Shipping including Canada during the online ordering process for first class international delivery. Delivery times vary. Q. Is there anywhere I can purchase The Fun Pass in person?

A.  Yes. The Fun Pass books can be purchased at Breathe New Hampshire's office during office hours. Please see the answer below for directions and business hours.


Q.  Where is your office located and when are you open?

A.  Breathe New Hampshire is located at 145 Hollis Street, Unit C in Manchester, NH 03101. Our regular office hours are Monday through Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m and Friday 8:00 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The office may be closed for holidays, events, inclement weather, or unforeseen circumstances. Please call to verify that we are open.
 

Q.  Do you take credit cards and what forms of payment do you accept?

A.  Yes. You may pay with a check, credit card, or cash (the exact amount is appreciated as we cannot make change). We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  


Q.  Can I order The Fun Pass over the phone?

A.  Yes. Ordering online is simple, secure and convenient, but you may also order over the phone during office hours by calling (603) 669-2411 or (800) 835-8647. After office hours, please send us an email at info@breathenh.org or leave us a voicemail message and we will get back to you during normal business hours.


Q.  I am interested in offering The Fun Pass fundraiser at my school/organization/group. How do I get started?

A.  The Fun Pass fundraiser is an easy way to earn funds for your school, organization, moms group, and more. Please visit The Fun Pass Fundraising for more information or contact Susan Berry, Fun Pass Program Manager at sberry@breathenh.org.

Q.  Do you offer quantity discounts?  

A.  Yes. Quantity discounts are offered with the minimum purchase of 10 or more books. You save $5.00 per regularly priced book and we ship the books to one address for distribution. For more information, call our office at 603-669-2411 or contact Susan Berry, Fun Pass Program Manager, at sberry@breathenh.org.

Please keep in mind that Breathe New Hampshire is a nonprofit organization and The Fun Pass is one of our biggest fundraisers. When you purchase The Fun Pass, you are supporting Breathe New Hampshire's mission to promote lung health.  
Update: Please check with any participating attractions on changes to their schedules. Breathe New Hampshire is not responsible if a participating attraction cannot honor a coupon due to change of management, venue closings, new restrictions, or any other circumstance.
